An exciting job offer exists in Voltic (GH) Limited/ Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Ghana, for Human Resources Coordinator, Payroll. For over two (2) decades, Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana and has expanded its portfolio to cover Value Added Dairies. The job holder will be responsible for  collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into payroll periodically, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees. As well as,  providing administrative support to HR Business partner and being the first line query resolution support to internal customers, ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness, and excellent customer service.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • HR Administration and Query Handling
  • Talent Management Support
  • Learning & Development Support
  • Completed general office administration.
  • HR Reporting
  • Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
  • Obtain supervisory approval of time keeping discrepancies.
  • Obtain overtime approvals.
  • Calculate commissions.
  • Process employee advances and paybacks.
  • Process and close periodic payrolls.
  • Print and issue pay slips.
  • Process direct deposit payments.
  • Calculate and deposit payroll taxes.
  • Process employment verifications.

 

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualification

Minimum requirement: HND in Secretaryship and Management Studies, or equivalent.

Experience

3 years office administration experience with a Multi-National Company                    

Additional Experience:

Sound SAP experience and Good MS office skills
