Job Description
JOB TITLE: HR MANAGER
INDUSTRY: FASHION
LOCATION: EAST LEGON
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to the CEO on HR-related matters.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization
- Conduct periodic benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of the organization’s total rewards package
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in a senior HR role with managerial responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
