TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to the CEO on HR-related matters.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization
• Conduct periodic benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of the organization’s total rewards package
• Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in a senior HR role with managerial responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
