Technical Requirements

• Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and the company to achieve a long-term partnership.
• Resolve key client issues and complaints.
• Supervise and monitor client accounts in regards to orders and order updates, invoicing, due bills, timeline and enquiries.
• Develop a key understanding of the consumption needs of each client.
•  Develop a thorough understanding of all company products and services to contribute to increased sales and effective communication with clients.
•  Work with the design, logistics and production teams to ensure all timelines are met.
•  Manage communication between clients and the appropriate departments within the company.
•  Develop relationships and bring in new clients.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
•  Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
