Role Description
A reputable is seeking a full-time Training Manager to be located on-site in Accra. The Training Manager will manage and oversee the training and development of company employees, as well as design and develop training programs. The Training Manager will also conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Other responsibilities include creating training manuals and materials, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address any issues with the training program.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Expertise in conducting training needs assessments
- Knowledge of training techniques and tools such as e-learning platforms, webinars, and workshops
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
- Bachlors degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or related field is a plus
