• The HR Associate will be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Work in tandem with the Compliance Officers to ensure strict compliance to auditing standards.
• Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits and garnishments
• Assist the HR Manager in the daily administration of other HR services as directed or assigned, including recruitment and selection, promotions, transfers, contract negotiation and administration, affirmative action/SOC 2 compliance, job classification, performance
• Develop, prepare, generate and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to employee personnel information and data.
  Identify trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational resources. Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management, employees and retirees accordingly.
• Report to management on payroll issues and changes
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

KEY REQUIREMENT:

• HND/BBA in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field of study
• 1-2 years of work experience – Post National Service
• Excellent Communication Skills
