Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Performance reviews across departments to work with employees to create performance improvement plans. Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
- Training and development
- Teamwork and productivity
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
- Hiring Processes
- Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
- Onboarding procedures
- Social welfare
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Investigate employee complaints and lead presentations regarding workplace ethics
- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
- Archiving HR records
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team Updating HR Policies
- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
- Making sure all site are compliance
- Step in all areas needs assistance and resolving issues
- Review contracts
KEY REQUIREMENT:
- BSC in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration
- 5 – 7 years experience in HR, International Experience, Management Experience
