Job Description

Buwelo is a leading multinational BPO company in Ghana, and we are currently seeking a IT FIELD SUPPORT SPECIALIST who wishes to join us in growing this exciting project.

KEY REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer & Networking Engineering etc.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a robust understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, complemented by adept troubleshooting capabilities
  • Possess previous experience in IT support or a related field, supported by relevant certifications or training in hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies, aligning with industry best practices.
