Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Officer at ASAR RAMOFH located on the Spintex Road in Accra. The Account Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and communicating with clients and internal teams.


➢ Managing payments and ensuring appropriate WHT are deducted

➢ Preparing payment vouchers and ensuring they are duly approved before payments

➢ Maintaining appropriate files for all transactions

➢ Filing and making statutory payment on time

➢ Providing timely reports to management

➢ Ensuring expenditure is within budget

➢ Preparing monthly management reports


Academic Qualification

1. A minimum of a degree in accounting or business administration

2. Partly qualified ACCA/ICAG

3. Evidence of completing National Service

Work Experience

Must have 2-3years work experience in the same or related role.

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrable understanding of the Tax and Labour laws
  • Good understating of the International financials Reporting Standards
  • Good appreciation of internal control
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver on set objectives and meet timelines
  • Very good working knowledge of QuicKBooks
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good technological acumen will be an added advantage.
