We are a food tech business in Ghana on a mission to deliver the nutrition of meat at the price point and sustainability of plants.

We are doing that right now through palm larvae insect agriculture. We think that protein is really an important micronutrient. It is unfortunately the most scarce, the most expensive, and reeks the most havoc on the environment in terms of producing it.

This phenomenon is certainly one that invites innovation, disruption to do in a way that is more harmonious for the planet and for people.
