HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

The Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing is a senior manager role responsible for leading and directing all aspects of corporate communications, public relations (PR), media relations, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have managerial experience, the ability to lead a team with diverse skills, and a proven track record in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns and strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.
• Oversee media engagement, press releases, and development of communication materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Manage issues, crisis communication and response effectively.
• Lead a team of PR & Corporate communication professionals. in the department.
• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies.
• Manage internal communications, ensuring emplovees are informed and engaged.
  Writing and editing speeches and talking points for various stakeholders.
• Oversee communication channels, including the company website and social media platforms.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and clinical services.
• Oversee internal and external corporate events
• Lead digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Communication, Public Relations or related field.
• 5 years of management experience
• Proven experience managing diverse teams across a large organization.
• Strong issue and crisis management experience
• Practical experience in writing and editing
  Experience in customer relations management

® Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Accredited Member of IPR, Ghana.
