We are looking for the below staff: Senior Network Engineer

Work Location: North Industrial Area, Accra

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
•  Configure and manage DHCP services to ensure reliable and efficient allocation of IP address across the network.
•  Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including domain controller setup,user and group management, and group policy implementation.
•  Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
•  Implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and department to implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and technologies.
• Experience with DHCP configuration and management.
• Proficiency in administering AD DS including domain controller setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with network routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, BGP , VLANs, and STP.
• Experience with network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
