Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager at Our Warehouse located in Tema Freezones. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, managing the team of technicians, coordinating maintenance and repairs of warehouse trucks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining inventory and spare parts. The Workshop Manager will also handle customer inquiries and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a workshop or similar role
• Knowledge of warehouse truck maintenance and repairs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Technical knowledge related to warehouse trucks is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in automotive or mechanical engineering
