Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing staff, implementing and improving processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will work on-site in our Ashaiman location.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, project management, and team leadership
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
