A hotel in Takoradi is recruiting an Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service.
•  Planning marketing campaigns.
•  Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts.
•  Analysing sales figures and producing reports.
•  Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Dealing with customers’ complaints and other problems.
• Making sure that the hotel meets health, safety and security regulations and licensing laws.
•  Hold regular briefings and meetings with all departments.
• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage are on target and accurate.
• Maintaining the hotel’s physical properties and arranging for repairs if necessary.
•  Ensuring that the hotel meets all health, safety and security laws and regulations.

Qualifications/Experience

•  Minimum of 3 years experience in same or similar role.
• HND or Degree in hospitality management.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work for long hours.
