Job Description
A hotel in Takoradi is recruiting an Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service.
- Planning marketing campaigns.
- Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts.
- Analysing sales figures and producing reports.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Dealing with customers’ complaints and other problems.
- Making sure that the hotel meets health, safety and security regulations and licensing laws.
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all departments.
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage are on target and accurate.
- Maintaining the hotel’s physical properties and arranging for repairs if necessary.
- Ensuring that the hotel meets all health, safety and security laws and regulations.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in same or similar role.
- HND or Degree in hospitality management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work for long hours.
