Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

As our Media & Digital Manager, you will lead our digital marketing efforts to amplify our brand’s presence and engagement across all digital platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring meticulous execution and achieving overall marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  1. Media & PR Management:
  • Develop strategies for the effective reach of campaigns, emphasizing connection-led creatives.
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Media & Digital A&P spend through rigorous monthly tracking.
  • Collaborate with agencies and media houses for meticulous media reconciliation and key insights.
  • Lead and guide PR agencies in creating inspiring campaigns for GBfoods.
  • Manage agency relationships for Media and PR in strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Digital and Influencer Management:
  • Lead Digital Marketing compliance across the business, ensuring strict adherence to GBfoods Digital Code Compliance guidelines.
  • Address brand team capability gaps in digital marketing through comprehensive training and support.
  • Develop and drive digital marketing strategies, including best practices and innovative idea generation.
  • Manage agency relationships for Influencer and Digital marketing, ensuring stringent SLA compliance.
  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the media and digital landscape, fostering thought leadership.
  • Establish clear frameworks and guidelines for Media, PR, Influencer, and Digital marketing compliance.
  • Inspire and motivate agencies to deliver creative excellence.
  • Interface regularly with Regional Digital teams and GBfoods global team.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant digital marketing certifications (optional but advantageous).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in media planning, analytics, digital marketing, or a related field preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
  • Marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Bring strong Brand/Communications experience to the role.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to gauge the market and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads Manager etc).
