About Position

Marketing and Digital Content Executive will play an active role as part of the Sales and Marketing department by supporting in creating brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Creates marketing strategies (traditional media & social media), including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, ensuring regular updates and posts are in line with our content calendar.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company departments.
  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
    Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Linkedln, X, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, telegram and Tik Tok.
  • Research and monitors activity of company competitors
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Create awareness on integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements and core content.
  • Developing relevant curated content reflecting world events and developments that matter to the customer audience.
  • Provide periodic reports on progress to your direct report.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands to extend our social media reach.
  • Analyze customer data and create reports for the sales and marketing team.

Criteria / requirements / qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 vears’ experience
    Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, an understanding of web analvtics tools social and web)
  • Proficiency with at least four social media platforms
  • Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
  • A fast learner who can work with set targets.
  • An excellent communicator
  • A team player
