Operations Manager to join our team! is a creative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing and creative campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.

• Report to the CEO on operations and general business management of the company
• Manage the production unit and all Technical projects including brands management, graphic design, content writing, advertising, photography, videography, etc
• Support the CEO in the administration and financial management of the company
• Develop and maintain cost control measures for the execution of all projects
• Preparation of basic accounting information for use by third parties

 

EDUCATION AND SKILLS FACTORS 

• Education Minimum- 1st Degree in a relevant area
• Experience Minimum of 3 years post Graduate, Final stage in relevant professional or  Minimum 5 years work experience

Required Skills 

• Knowledge in general administration and management
• Basic Knowledge in Finance an procurement
• Basic knowledge in finance and procurement
• A team Player with Leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Good presentation and writing skills
• Great usage of the Office Suite
