Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process, from procurement to delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure cost-effective deals.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Evaluate and select logistics providers, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics procedures and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant software, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
