Job Description
Job Title: Finance and Administration Manager
Company: CCL PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED
Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana
The Finance and Administration Manager (F & A Manager) will play a vital role in ensuring effective financial control and administrative operations within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong management skills to oversee the organization’s financial systems, optimize financial processes, and provide overall management of financial and administrative matters.
Responsibilities
Financial Management and Accounting:
· Prepare accurate financial reports and statements on a regular basis.
· Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
· Oversee budgeting, planning, and cash flow management.
· Implement effective contracts management and financial reporting systems.
· Ensure adherence to billing and collection schedules.
· Update business policies and enhance the finance department’s procedures.
· Manage bank interactions and review bank accounts regularly.
· Maintain up-to-date accounting records and perform bank reconciliations.
· Safeguard financial documents and manage external contracts.
Administration and Human Resources
· Develop HR and administration functions, including recruitment and training.
· Establish a comprehensive training program for employees.
· Foster productive relationships with external partners.
· Oversee administrative operations and facilities.
· Ensure legal compliance and statutory requirements.
· Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
· ACCA or ICA(GH) qualification is required.
· Minimum of five years post practical experience in a similar role.
· Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana is required.
· University degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics etc.
· Demonstrated experience in relevant positions, including direct responsibility for staff and organizational budget.
· Proficiency in Accounting systems.
· Sound knowledge of financial management and control rules and practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
