Job Description:

As a Customer Service Support representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfac-tion. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing excellent support to enhance the customer experience. A Customer Service Support role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers. The success of this role often contributes significantly to overall customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive and empathetic interaction.
  2. Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries and provide follow-up when necessary.
  3. Investigate and analyse customer problems and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  6. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualification:

Diploma or equivalent: additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Must reside in Accra.

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) when on shift.
