Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must be an eloquent speaker, able to multitask, confident and Adaptable, time management skills organizational  skills  and motivated in providing satisfactory customer service to clients.
• Has a welcoming Personality; shows Hospitality and Consideration in Interactions with Patients/Clients.
• Demonstrates listening skills and cooperation
• Staying up to date with Medical Terminologies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in communication.
• Administration or related field
• 3 – 5 years working experience in the Customer Service field
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Proficient in the use of office equipments such as Printers, photocopier Machines etc
• Should be familiar with medical Terminologies
• Able to handle Pressure
• Fast Typist
• Certification in Communication skills or office management will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes all Customer Service Duties
• Including but not limited to all Customer Satisfaction and Hospitality activities: such as welcoming Clients and creating  friendly environment tor clients
• Assisting Clients in Registrations and Directions.
• Preparing and filing of Clients Guidance Request.
• Book Appointments made by Clients Manages Records.
• Filing Client’s Reports and Test Results for pick – up Printing Clients Results
• Sending Reports/Results to clients via E- mail when Necessary
• writing  Report.
• Communicates and Interacts with others in a professional and responsible manner.
