We currently looking for the below Staff:
Customer Care Personnel. ( 3 SLOTS )
Work Location: Spintex Mall,
Duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to handle inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Product or Service Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Complaint Handling: Listening to customer feedback, resolving complaints tactfully, and escalating issues to higher levels of management when necessary.
- Documentation: Recording customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Customer Education: Educating customers about product features, usage, and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay customer insights to relevant departments.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards while interacting with customers.Team Collaboration:** Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to provide comprehensive customer service.
Qualifications :
- minimum HND in Business Administration or any other related programs.
- 1 – 3 years working experience in this field.
