Job Description
Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the diagnostic facility, and supports various departments and teams. This role involves handling administrative tasks, making payments for the company, managing budgets, maintaining records, coordinating management meetings, and providing exceptional assistance to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks
- Management of Company Cleaners and Driver
- Coordinate Management meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing Administrative emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, receipts, files, and databases
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies
- Respond to inquiries, and escalate concerns to Management
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Ensure a safe, tidy, and organized work environment
- Provide support to various departments and teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 – 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
