JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will provide support to maintain the ICT systems to facilitate business operations to achieve the company’s objectives in accordance with established regulations

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide back up support to IT processes to ensure the effective working of the process-line application to aid production of manufactured products
• Handle the configuration and implementation of the company’s CCTV networks, and access for security violations and controls
• Support the configuration of the company’s server-client network to ensure smooth network communication for enhanced operations
• Support in monitoring and managing wide area network connectivity and intercom PBX system to facilitate communication within and outside the company
• Ensure that the company’s biometric systems, including time and canteen attendance, are efficiently working

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• HND/BTech/BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role is required
• MCSE or ITIL Certification would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
