Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector. The
ideal candidate will be proficient in using SAGE software and have advanced knowledge of MS Excel. As a Finance
Specialist, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our company’s objectives.
JOB STATUS: Full Time
DURATION: Permanent
RESPONSIBILITIES: –
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity and consistency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
- Participate in audits and financial reviews as required.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- 3-5years years of experience in finance or accounting roles with multinational firm.
- Proficiency in SAGE software is required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
