Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector. The
ideal candidate will be proficient in using SAGE software and have advanced knowledge of MS Excel. As a Finance
Specialist, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our company’s objectives.

JOB STATUS: Full Time

DURATION: Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES: –

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  •  Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
  • Participate in audits and financial reviews as required.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
  • 3-5years years of experience in finance or accounting roles with multinational firm.
  • Proficiency in SAGE software is required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
