Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – TELESALES
Job Summary
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales target and call handling quotas. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Manage large amount of phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust though open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and records without exception.
- Ensure that KPI’s are met as required.
- Be certain of Average Handle Time (AHT) for each customer, if applicable. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Manage an assigned number of calls in a timely manner
- Be very familiar with the talking points and make them your own when handling different topics
- Engage prospects and seize opportunities to acquire sales
- Frequently review updated scripts to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior work experience in telesales.
Excellent communication skills including active listening. - Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High National Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
