A reputable microcredit institution is seeking for a credit recovery officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Credit Recovery Officer role located in Accra. The Credit Recovery Officer will be responsible for investigating and analyzing credit cases, developing and implementing recovery strategies, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining account records. The Credit Recovery Officer will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely recovery efforts, resolve disputes, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3years experience in debt recovery in a financial sector

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit management, debt recovery, or related areas
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have a valid Driving License and must be able to drive
