The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services while also ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Utilize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROl (return on investment).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management in the financial institution.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is often required.
