VACANCY FOR AN ADMIN OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to various departments within the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office expenses and budgets. - Oversee office facilities and address any maintenance or repair issues.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Arrange logistics for conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
