Job Description
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate must be an eloquent speaker, able to multitask, confident and Adaptable, time management skills organizational skills and motivated in providing satisfactory customer service to clients.
- Has a welcoming Personality; shows Hospitality and Consideration in Interactions with Patients/Clients.
- Demonstrates listening skills and cooperation
- Staying up to date with Medical Terminologies.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in communication.
- Administration or related field
- 3 – 5 years working experience in the Customer Service field
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of office equipments such as Printers, photocopier Machines etc
- Should be familiar with medical Terminologies
- Able to handle Pressure
- Fast Typist
- Certification in Communication skills or office management will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Undertakes all Customer Service Duties
- Including but not limited to all Customer Satisfaction and Hospitality activities: such as welcoming Clients and creating friendly environment tor clients
- Assisting Clients in Registrations and Directions.
- Preparing and filing of Clients Guidance Request.
- Book Appointments made by Clients Manages Records.
- Filing Client’s Reports and Test Results for pick – up Printing Clients Results
- Sending Reports/Results to clients via E- mail when Necessary
- writing Report.
- Communicates and Interacts with others in a professional and responsible manner.
