We work with internal cross functional teams to ensure efficient procurement of tools and smooth service delivery for our customers.Partner with the bestAs a Wellbore Intervention Field Supervisor, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.As a Wellbore Intervention Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Preparing and supervising the Intervention operation at the Wellsite.
  • Providing mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention product lines including retrievable packers, fishing, casing exit, and wellbore cleanout
  • Having competency in running multiple mediums to high risk applications in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
  • Coordinating and supervising activities of your team via assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support
  • Provide cost estimates and revenue forecast to customers and business in a timely fashion

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have a two-year Technical Qualification or Associate’s Degree
  • Have at least 10 years’ experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
  • Have the Ability to work and communicate well with others
  • Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar level role
  • Be proficient in math skills and understanding of hydraulics
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
