Job Description
SALES MANAGER
A leading kitchen design, manufacturing and installation company based in Accra is recruiting a full-time on-site
Sales Manager who will be responsible for:
- Strategizing and planning for the sales department in both the short and long term to achieve the company target.
- Overseeing sales operations
- Managing the sales team.
- Developing business and market research.
- Responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to department SOP’s.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills.
- Experience in sales operations and team management with a minimum of 8 years.
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Experience in the furniture or design industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Past experience related to the field is a plus.
