JOB PURPOSE

Be the lead the focal point and the center of all retail operations at market

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work hand in hand with the Management to set department policies and guidelines to be followed
•  Be the head and the leading master planner of execution and retail strategies orientation
• Able to do talent detection, analyze people’s ability for better allocation of duties among the team
• Assist in staff evaluations and appraisals, scheduling, and fostering
• Stand and a reference between the direct sales team, middle supervisory, and the management of the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent in Market and competition Analysis, Business opportunity scanning, computer skills, and good communication skills.
•  Good at time management, good at overall planning and decision-making, good at negotiation   Proactive, self-disciplined, trustworthy, and a team player.
• Above 3 years of experience in the business field
• Bachelor’s Degree
