Job Description

The Recruitment and HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Coordinate job postings on various platforms and websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and terminations.
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
  • Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices is an asset.
