Key Responsibilities

• Expand the coverage of Company brand by using available digital and traditional channels
• Leverage on existing and own network to drive retail sales
• Strategize to increase market share of our product portfolio
• Prospect for new customers and sell the benefits of Comfee Inverter Acs to them
• Plan and implement various strategies to position our brand strongly
• Propose and implement various strategies to drive traffic to showrooms
• Study competitive trends and provide leadership by analyzing channel, consumer, and marketplace dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to grow retail business
• Partner with key stakeholders, Marketing and our customers to understand current trends and their business strategies and needs
• Bring ideas and develop customized programs that help to grow our businesses and achieve sales targets
• Identify opportunities and close the deals.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing/ Social Science,
• Maximum 2 years’ experience in home appliances industry especially inverter ACs
• Experience in end-to-end strategies to promote new brands
• Available to start work within the shortest possible time
