Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Management of local campaign.
- Management of the promotional calendar
- Management of external communication according to the group marketing strategy
- Management of digital communication (content and editorial planning)
- Participate in the marketing and merchandising plan
- Benchmark, studies and analyses of consumer behaviour
- Implementation of trade marketing operations
- Interface with local agencies and service providers
- Collaborate with the different departments and Bus
- Budget monitoring
- Participate in the deployment of online and offline plans by brand and
by campaign - Monitoring the results and impacts of campaigns (ROI)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 / 8 years of experience in retail or FMCG (category management)
- Strong experience in brand management, trade marketing and external communication
- Taste and interest in furniture and decoration
- Mastery of analysis tools (Power BI) and ERP
- Mastery of social networks and analysis tools (Google Ads, Facebook manager)
- Team management skills
