Senior Legal Associate:

For this role, we are particularly interested in lawyers who have:

• a high level of technical ability in commercial transactions with an eye for detail;

• in-depth experience in a wide variety of corporate matters including M&A, investments, restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and corporate governance;

• commercial and financial awareness;

• the ability to manage client files and advise on all aspects of a matter;

The ideal candidate must have 3 or more years of working experience, be a team player, with the ability to maintain client relationships and work efficiently to ensure quality and value for money for our clients.
