We are seeking two experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Managers to join a dynamic team in Accra, Ghana. As QA Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of our data labeling processes. Your expertise will drive our commitment to delivering top-notch training data for AI models. This position requires seasoned professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and data labeling, along with experience in project management and Scrum Master responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Oversight:

Oversee the quality assurance process for data labeling, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
Develop and implement quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
Data Accuracy Verification:

Conduct thorough data accuracy verification checks to identify discrepancies or anomalies in labeled data.
Develop strategies for error identification, reporting, and correction.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure that labeling processes adhere to relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.
Client Communication and Project Management:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific quality requirements and address any concerns or feedback.
Act as project managers or Scrum Masters for client projects, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Performance Metrics:

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality control and track performance against benchmarks.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on quality control outcomes and present findings to senior management.
Analyze data labeling results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a substantial portion of that experience in data labeling or annotation.
Proven experience in quality assurance roles.
Strong knowledge of data labeling processes, labeling tools, and quality control methodologies.
Strong project management and Scrum Master skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
