Marketing Assistant

JOB BRIEF :

We are looking for a zealous marketing assistant to help our marketing department in its primary and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
• Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
• Conducting research and analyzing questionnaires and rate report.
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Compiling and distributing financial information.
• Communicating directly with clients on company’s services

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Diploma/Bsc in Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant creating
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills.
