A recruiter is looking for a talented and experienced HR Officer.
The HRO will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies,

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
