Customer Service Representative
JOB BRIEF :
We are looking for a customer oriented service personnel who will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answering about company’s services.
- Handling clients complaints, orders and transactions
- Build a sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and asses customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks
- Keep records of customer interactions process accounts and documents.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- HND/ Diploma
- Has 1year experience
- Good computer skills.
- Experienced working with customer support.
