The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Reports to ; Sales Director
Product; Virtual Spaces
*Identify partnership opportunities
*Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
*Maintain existing business
*Think critically when planning to assure project success
*Be responsible for and achieve sales revenue generation goals from assigned verticals.
*Build, manage and maintain a result driven team of Virtual Sales Executives to execute selling within an assigned vertical (eg. Hospitality, Education, *Transport, Health, etc.)
*Guide the virtual sales team with trend analysis to support their selling activities within the assigned vertical.
*Manage the revenue budget (Sales revenue vs Cost of Sales) for the assigned sales vertical.
*Manage high value clients within the assigned vertical.
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
*2- 3 years’ prior industry related business development experience/sales /relationship management role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
*An existing network of viable business contacts
*Evidence of previously attended sales training programs will be an added advantage.
Salary; 3500-4500 + Commission
