Requirements :

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the Finance and Warehouse department.
• Costing:analysing and calculatinglandedcosts, to provide accurate financial information for pricing purposes.
• Coordinating with the sales head to set up prices for new products for management approval.
• Preparing a weekly collections report for the sales department.
• Sales projections: Coordinating with the sales head to make monthly sales projections.
• Running the monthly payroll, preparing and issuing payslips, and updating the individual annual returns filing form for every employee.
• Filing and initiating monthly taxes on a timely basis. i, PAYE, VAT, NSSF, PENSION etc.
• Monitoring credit limits for customers, authorizing sales approvals for customers who have hit the sales credit limits after special approval from the sales head.
• Sending out the aged receivables reports to the respective sales reps for payment follow-ups.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Coordinating with the procurement department to make sure all imported stocks are cleared and delivered on time.
• Stock management. Supervising weekly stock-taking, Keeping track of stock, and weekly report of the stock levels on a weekly basis.
• Cash flow forecasting to keep track of cash levels for proper planning.
• Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly
• Asset managing keeping an updated detailed schedule of the company’s assets.
• Aiding with annual audit.

Salary : 5000-8000
