A reputable *Beauty Salon* seeks to employ an *Administrator*
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring the salon is clean and organized.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the salon.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all clients.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, balance daily receipts, and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Train new staff members on salon policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
*Experience and Qualifications:*
• A minimum of an HND or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
