Job Description

Account Officer

JOB BRIEF :

We are looking for an experienced account officer to help us keep growing. If you are dedicated and ambitious then do not hesitate to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Process all company’s payables and and receivables.
  • Make regular contacts with clients to ensure effective payments.
  • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Generate financial reports for review.
  • Handle accounts inquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Tracking incomes and company’s expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diploma /Degree in Accounting.
  • Has 1year experience
  • Good accounting and critical reasoning skills.
  • Experienced with any of the accounting software.
