Vacancy : I.T Engineer
Location : Tsopoli (Tema – Aflao Road)

Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration & Handling networking (LAN/WAN)
2. Maintaining servers (Application, File)
3. Conducting routine checks on backups, LAN/WAN Connectivity, and Internet Connectivity
4. Updating software (Windows, Anti-virus etc.) in each users’ system
5. Liaising with Internet Service Provider, in-case of failure or disconnection of the Internet Service.
6. Carrying out Installation and management of Firewall, Access Points, Point to Point (PTP) Radios etc.
7. Setting and managing CCTV, IP Phone System etc.
8. Facilitating the implementation of I.T policies and SOPs.

Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT / CCNA Certified.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience as I.T Support Technician in a multi-national
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
