Job Description

DCG Consulting Group is assisting our esteemed client in recruiting an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g.. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management. preferably within the OMC industry or a related field
