What you’ll do:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute human capital plans.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Employee Relations:
Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
Provide guidance and support to managers in performance evaluation, coaching, and development
Compensation and Benefits:
Lead the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to day HR operations, including payroll, benetits administration, and HRIS
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with all relevant employment laws
- Prepare and / or update employee handbooks and any other documentation relevant to employment within the company
Employee Engagement and Wellness:
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
Education Training Certifications/Experience
- Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources or business Administration or a relevant degree
- Minimum of two vears work experience in a similar role
Competencies/Personal Attributes
- Demonstrated high competency as a writer in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Twi and / or Ga
- Proficiency with MS Office and the Google Suite (esp. Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs)
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in report writing
- Passionate about bringing ideas to life and getting satisfaction from seeing a job not just done but also well done.
- A selt-starter that understands how to work collaboratively and takes initiative to identify challenges and solutions. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where the job can be a little different everyday.

Compensation:
Gross salary: Ghs 7,500/month
