Job Title: Head of Business Operations
Location: Greater Accra Region
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Operations to support the Founder and CEO in managing, optimizing, and formalizing all operational processes. This role is critical to ensuring that our business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to implement standardized processes and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes and reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with risk management and resource allocation strategies.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
- Must be a resident within the Greater Accra Region.
