Position: Finance Officer

Location: Westland, Ghana

Witties Ghana, a growing company in the fields of Energy, Environment, and Hygiene, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services and products aimed at enhancing Sanitation, Hygiene, and Environmental Standards across various sectors including public facilities, hospitals, restaurants, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Prepare Management Reports
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial practices.
  • Contribute to the company’s CSR initiatives in Sanitation and Hygiene.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Membership in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or ICAG (Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana) is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
